The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.

Processing time: 0-2 working days. Fulfilled: Mon - Sat.
Order cutoff time: 11:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.
We do not process on Sundays or holidays. Processing time is NOT included in the shipping time. Please plan accordingly.

Attention: although we try to ship your hair to you as fast as possible, please don’t order hair less than 48 hours before you need it! It's always better to give yourself at least a 2 week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.

Free Shipping to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, United Arab Emirates, the others $25 for an order.
Please Noticed:
We don't process orders on Sunday, because shipping companies all do not work on Sunday.
Processing & shipping times may be extended during holidays.
Orders will only be remained for 5 working days after submission when the phone number is missing or the address is incomplete. Longer than that, order will be cancelled and money will be returned accordingly. So please make sure to leave the correct shipping address and contact number when you place an order.

When you order on our website, you acknowledge and accept all risks that may result from international exchange rates fluctuating, that we bear no liability for the potential price movements due to international currency rate reverse.
2. When we receive the payment, we will arrange the shipment, usually this takes 1-2 days.
We will check our PayPal account, when we confirm to receive the payment, we will arrange the shipment. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance prior to shipping
